ADC Manufacturing
Overview
Multi-component biomanufacturing discipline for antibody-drug conjugates requiring integrated antibody, linker, payload, conjugation, and drug product capabilities with complex scheduling, high-containment facility demands, and escalating molecular complexity. ADC manufacturing involves at least four distinct components — antibody, linker, payload chemistry, conjugation, and drug product — whose capacity must be synchronized and handed off sequentially, creating major scheduling and supply chain complexity. Every ADC drug product facility must be custom-designed for highly potent compound containment, creating a global manufacturing bottleneck specific to the drug product finishing step.
