Overview

AI cluster deployment is an end-to-end service model in which an infrastructure vendor takes responsibility for the complete design, installation, and validation of a customer's AI compute cluster — beyond merely supplying individual rack hardware. Wiwynn defines its AI cluster deployment offering as "Level 12" service in a tiered product scope model: Level 10 covers individual rack manufacturing, Level 11 covers rack-system integration, and Level 12 covers the full cluster deployment lifecycle: requirements gathering and Level 12 architecture design, network topology planning, on-site installation and integration, and final software stack integration and LLM workload validation.

This evolution from ODM rack supplier to cluster deployment partner represents a strategic expansion for Taiwanese ODMs as AI data center customers (particularly neoclouds and sovereign operators) lack the internal engineering scale to self-integrate million-dollar AI clusters from component parts.
