Accelink Technologies

Overview

Accelink Technologies is a Chinese optical transceiver manufacturer offering a broad portfolio of products for AI-scale data center interconnects: 800G and 1.6T linear pluggable optics (LPO and LRO), CPO optical engines, external laser sources (ELSFP), fiber assemblies, and connectors. At OCP Global Summit 2025, Accelink demonstrated validated 1.6T LRO performance (all 8 lanes well below 1E-4 BER), a 3.2T CPO/NPO optical engine based on silicon photonics with 2.5D/3D flip-chip packaging scalable to 6.4T, and an ELSFP achieving 25 dBm optical output power with 8 lasers at 1304.5–1317.5 nm center wavelengths. For next-generation 400G/lane optics, Accelink is developing InP EAM array (~120 GHz 3dB BW) and TFLN modulator (~115 GHz 3dB BW) approaches.
