Overview
Auras Technology is a Taiwan-based manufacturer specializing in thermal and cooling solutions for high-performance computing and AI data center infrastructure. The company offers a vertically integrated liquid cooling product portfolio spanning the full thermal management hierarchy: chip-level cold plates, server internal manifolds, rack manifolds, Heat Rejection Units (HRU), and large-scale in-row Coolant Distribution Units (CDU).
Key products include:
- Cold plates for GPU, CPU, ASIC, and DIMM with a five-tier roadmap from 700 W (copper, 0.2 mm fin) to over 5000 W (silicon wafer micro-channel, two-phase)
- AI manifold with automatic leak-isolation valves that cut off liquid supply to affected server trays on detection

Auras's direct liquid cooling solutions achieve PUE below 1.1 versus 1.6–1.7 for air cooling, saving approximately 481,800 kWh and $125,266 per rack over two years at 64-GPU density.
