Overview

Chong is a Senior Product Manager from Delta's Thermal and Thermal Management Business Group with nine years of tenure at Delta. At the 2025 OCP Global Summit, Chong presented Delta's liquid cooling portfolio covering board-level cold plates, rack-level CDUs (liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air), and system-level full-rack manifold assemblies. Chong highlighted Delta's next-generation CDU roadmap, including a 250 kW in-rack liquid-to-liquid CDU and a 2.4 MW in-row CDU with an in-house DC pump, both targeting 2025–2026 launch.
