Overview

Envicool is a Chinese liquid cooling solutions company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China. As of 2025 it employs over 5,000 people globally and has delivered more than 2.0 GW of liquid cooling products since its first shipments in 2015. The company claims significant market share in the Chinese data center cooling market.

Envicool has an R&D center in Fremont, CA, manufacturing facilities in Thailand, the USA, and multiple China sites, and a global service network of 5 regional service centers and 22 service nodes spanning 22+ countries. The product portfolio spans the full direct-to-chip cooling chain: in-row liquid-to-liquid CDUs from 300 kW to 2.5 MW, sidecar liquid-to-air CDUs (100 kW, 250 kW in Q4 2025), manifolds (up to ~800 LPM), UQD/UQDB and MQD/MQDB quick disconnects, pre-fabricated SFN modular piping (50–70% installation time reduction vs. conventional), modular load banks (20 kW/unit, 240 kW/rack; 50 kW/600 kW per rack in development), and an Automatic Test Tool for liquid-cooled server production lines.

The company's "full-chain" strategy rests on three pillars: full ecosystem integration (chip provider to end user), full application scenario coverage (production, lab, O&M tools), and full lifecycle management (in-house design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance).
