Eridu

Overview

Eridu is a fabless semiconductor startup developing an extreme-radix switch ASIC targeting AI cluster networking. Its flagship product is a 1 Petabit switch ASIC with radix 10x higher than current switch silicon, designed to collapse the multi-tier fat-tree topologies that currently require hundreds of switches to interconnect large GPU clusters. By dramatically increasing switch radix, Eridu proposes flattening the network from three tiers to a near-flat topology, reducing switch count, cabling, latency, and inter-switch bandwidth overhead. The company collaborates with Scala Computing on system-level deployment architecture.
