FORCE Platform

Overview

Dyne Therapeutics' proprietary Fab-oligonucleotide conjugate delivery technology that targets TFR1 via a hit-and-run mechanism for broad, deep delivery to skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, and CNS. The FORCE platform uses a Fab fragment (not a full antibody) targeting a specific epitope on TFR1 with calibrated affinity for a hit-and-run internalization that avoids anemia, conjugated via a linker to interchangeable oligonucleotide payloads (ASO, PMO, or siRNA). In primate studies, the FORCE platform achieved 30-50 fold higher PMO delivery to muscle tissues versus naked PMO infusion, and demonstrated IV delivery of ASO across the blood-brain barrier to the CNS without intrathecal injection.
