Overview

Gordian Biotechnology is a longevity biotech company co-founded by Martin Jensen (CSO). The company's platform enables in vivo multiplex perturbation — testing more than 1,000 genetic targets in a single animal across multiple organs simultaneously, including heart, liver, and lung. This approach generates causal, not merely correlational, data at scale, addressing a fundamental limitation of observational biological datasets that constrains most AI models for biology.

Gordian is building an organism-in-a-loop experimental framework in which AI generates hypotheses, those hypotheses are tested in vivo, and results feed back into the next round of AI-driven design.
