WuXi XDC under Jimmy Lee compressed the DNA-to-IND timeline for novel ADCs from the 24-30 month industry average to 13-15 months, delivering numerous INDs at roughly half the standard development time. WuXi XDC grew from a few hundred to 4,000 employees in approximately five years and contributes more than 50% of WuXi Group revenue growth and more than 70% of WuXi Group margin growth.
