Its Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) produces ThinkSystem and ThinkAgile servers, storage, and HPC/AI infrastructure. Lenovo is the originator of the Neptune liquid cooling platform, now in its 6th generation, and claims #1 rankings in infrastructure reliability and server security for five consecutive years. The company traces its data center liquid cooling expertise to IBM's mainframe engineering practices of the 2000s, acquired when Lenovo purchased IBM's x86 server business in 2014.

Lenovo's AI portfolio spans 80+ AI-ready platforms covering AI PCs, AI services, AI infrastructure, and a partner ecosystem. The company works directly with customers to plan data center CDU capacity, flow requirements, and redundancy for liquid-cooled deployments.
