Overview

Targetable lipid-based delivery vehicles for nucleic acid payloads; CBTX deploys LNPs formulated for single-stranded DNA and decorated with two targeting ligands for organ-specific in vivo T-cell programming. CBTX uses targetable LNPs specifically formulated for single-stranded DNA payloads and decorated with two targeting ligands on the surface to achieve organ-specific delivery for in vivo T-cell programming; none of these LNP-payload combinations have been tested in human patients. LNP formulation and ligand conjugation are areas where CBTX pursues a parallel multi-partner strategy, working with multiple external partners on the same problem simultaneously while building internal expertise, reflecting the limited established CDMO know-how in these emerging areas.
