STMicroelectronics (ST) is a Franco-Italian semiconductor manufacturer operating foundry and fab capacity across Europe. In the photonics context, ST operates a PIC foundry in France and is listed as both a European PIC fab/foundry in the broader European photonics value chain and as a direct supplier to Estel's 800G DR8 OSFP LPO transceiver for the Eviden HPC project (Net4Exa).
