Overview

Victaulic is a global leader in mechanical pipe joining systems, specializing in grooved-end pipe connections, flow control, and liquid distribution infrastructure. Founded in 1919, the company's products are used across fire protection, HVAC, industrial, and increasingly, data center liquid cooling applications. Victaulic's expertise in pipe system modularity, connection reliability, and liquid distribution makes it a natural fit for the rapidly growing data center TCS (Technology Cooling System) segment.

Within the OCP community, Victaulic plays an outsized role relative to its non-hyperscaler status. Don Mitchell of Victaulic co-leads the TCS & CDU Workstream alongside Google's Hussameddine Kabbani and serves as moderator of the liquid cooling TCS panel. Victaulic's participation reflects the importance of piping infrastructure expertise as data centers transition from air cooling to facility-wide liquid cooling loops. The company's knowledge of pipe material selection, modular design, flush procedures, and flow management directly informs the TCS white papers and specifications being developed under the OCP DCF umbrella.
