Overview

ZutaCore is an OCP Startup Member specializing in two-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology. The company develops dielectric fluid-based cold plate systems that use phase-change (boiling) heat transfer to achieve significantly higher heat dissipation per unit area than single-phase liquid cooling. ZutaCore's technology is positioned for next-generation GPU cooling where single-phase cold plates approach thermal limits.
