Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE Group) is the world's largest provider of independent semiconductor packaging and testing services, with over 100,000 employees and operations spanning multiple countries. Founded in Taiwan, ASE has built a 40-year track record across successive semiconductor eras — from PC through wireless, mobile, and now high-performance computing (HPC) and AI. The company's core capabilities include advanced packaging technologies such as co-packaged optics (CPO), System-in-Package (SiP), flip-chip, and die-to-die interconnects.
