Overview

Avayla Consulting is a data center standards consultancy led by Dr. Kelley Mullick. Within the OCP community, Dr. Mullick chairs the Industry Liaison effort focused on harmonizing OCP specifications with global standards bodies including ASHRAE, ASTM, UL, IEC, and IEEE. This coordination role is critical as liquid cooling adoption accelerates and operators need interoperable specifications across jurisdictions and testing frameworks.
