Intel Gaudi 3
Overview
Intel Gaudi 3 is Intel's current-generation AI accelerator, available in three form factors to address different deployment scenarios: the OAM-compliant accelerator card (HL-325L), the Universal Baseboard (HLB-325) hosting eight Gaudi 3s in a glueless scale-up domain of eight accelerators, and the PCIe CEM Add-In Card (HL-338) for enterprise deployment in standard servers.
The rack-scale Gaudi 3 system, announced at Computex 2025, expands the scale-up domain to 64 Gaudi 3 OAMs in a single high-bandwidth domain, delivering 76.8 TB/s HBD bandwidth, 8.2 TB HBM2e memory, and 120 kW rack power. The Dell PowerEdge XC7740 is the first enterprise server to bring Gaudi 3 PCIe to market in a 4U air-cooled form factor supporting 2 to 8 PCIe HBM2 Gaudi 3 accelerators, deployed in scale-out multi-node topologies for enterprise inference.
