KOOLIO CPC

Overview

KOOLIO CPC (Chip-to-PCB Connector) is Luxshare-Tech's connector product for the GPU and switch chip interface in 224G+ AI rack scale-up interconnect systems. It connects directly to the chip substrate, contributing approximately 1.5 dB insertion loss per end in the full Luxshare-Tech channel path (KOOLIO 224G CPC + Optamax twinax + Intrepid NEXUS). The KOOLIO CPC is part of a broader product family that also includes NPC (Mez VH) solutions, together providing complete end-to-end coverage from chip to cable cartridge for 224G AI rack architectures.
