Overview

Liquid Cooling Production Line Automation refers to automated tooling for manufacturing liquid-cooled servers at scale. As liquid cooling transitions from optional to mandatory in AI data center hardware, server OEMs face the challenge of integrating new fluid handling processes — leak testing, flushing, draining, filling, burn-in, drying, and nitrogen injection — into high-volume production lines previously designed for air-cooled hardware.

Envicool's Automatic Test Tool consolidates all these functions into a single 1250×1000×2560 mm cabinet consuming 7 kW, with RS485/RJ45 communication and real-time fluid quality monitoring (pH, conductivity, turbidity). The unit automates the complete fluid cycle for a liquid-cooled server from initial filling through production testing, reducing manual steps and enabling consistent quality control at production scale.
