Ning Liu is the Product Manager for liquid cooling solutions at Envicool, a Chinese liquid cooling company founded in 2005. At the 2025 OCP Global Summit in San Jose, Liu presented the company's full-chain liquid cooling strategy and 2 GW+ deployment track record, covering the industry transition to mandatory liquid cooling, Envicool's product portfolio (300 kW–2.5 MW CDUs, manifolds, piping, load banks, and production automation), and the company's 20-year history.
