Arm

Overview

Arm Holdings is a semiconductor IP company whose processor architectures power a growing share of data center compute, from edge inference to cloud-native servers. Through its Arm Total Design (ATD) program, the company is accelerating multi-party chiplet development with 36 active partners, and its Neoverse CPU cores are being adopted for custom AI accelerators and server SoCs by multiple hyperscalers and silicon startups. At Computex 2026, CEO Renee Haas positioned Arm as the foundation for the agentic AI era, announcing the Arm AGI CPU in commercial production (8,000 cores air-cooled at 36 kW/rack; 45,000+ cores liquid-cooled at 200 kW/rack) with 12 named customers including Oracle and ByteDance, while NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang joined on stage to co-present the RTX Spark platform — co-developed with Arm and MediaTek — as the reinvention of the PC on Arm architecture.

At the 2025 OCP Global Summit, Arm announced the contribution of its Foundational Chiplet System Architecture (FCSA) specification to OCP, establishing an open, architecture-neutral standard for chiplet interoperability that sits beneath Arm's own CSA (Chiplet System Architecture).
