Brad Rampelberg

Overview

Brad Rampelberg is Chief Sales Officer for Jabil's Intelligent Infrastructure segment. He has a 15+ year history with the OCP ecosystem: he began selling servers to Facebook in 2007 — before the Open Compute Project was formally established — and was present at the inaugural OCP Summit in 2011. At the time, he was at Dell when Jonathan Hiliger at Facebook announced "Project Freedom," the internal initiative to build cost-optimized, workload-specific open hardware that would eventually become OCP. Frank Frankovsky, OCP's founding public face, was also a Dell colleague. At OCP Global Summit 2025, Rampelberg presented Jabil's building-block strategy and MHS-aligned modular hardware catalog.
