Overview

TSMC is the world's largest contract chip manufacturer, fabricating processors for virtually every major AI and semiconductor company including NVIDIA, Arm, Qualcomm, and Marvell on leading-edge 3nm and 2nm process nodes. Beyond traditional foundry services, TSMC co-developed the COUPE co-packaged optics process with NVIDIA, enabling 3D-stacked electronic and photonic IC integration for next-generation data center networking.
