Overview

ADTechnology is a Samsung Foundry Design Solution Partner (DSP) specializing in advanced silicon design. In the four-party AI CPU chiplet platform co-developed with Arm, Samsung Foundry, and Rebellions, ADTechnology is responsible for hardening the Arm Neoverse V3 Compute Subsystem (CSS) and implementing the resulting CPU chiplet on Samsung Foundry's 2nm GAA process. At OCP Global Summit 2025, a single-core floorplan of the Neoverse V3 on Samsung 2nm — produced by ADTechnology — was shown publicly for the first time, with the project confirmed as on track targeting 3.5 to 4.0 GHz clock frequency.
