Charles Chen

Overview

Charles Chen is a representative at MiTAC Computing Technology Corp. specializing in AI rack design, integration, and manufacturing. At OCP Global Summit 2025 in San Jose, he co-presented with AMD's Mark Orthodox on MiTAC's liquid-cooled, OCP-optimized AI cluster solutions. Chen outlined MiTAC's 64-GPU in-rack DLC solution using AMD MI355X servers, the 256-GPU multi-rack pod architecture, leak detection and management approach, and MiTAC's 3,000-rack/month global manufacturing capability.
