Overview

Jesse Koh is a Hardware Systems Engineer at Meta responsible for designing and deploying storage hardware servers. At OCP Global Summit 2025 he co-presented Meta's first QLC flash storage server alongside Madhavan Ravi, detailing the OCP Inspired Specification contribution and the Jabil OEM partnership that adapted Jabil's existing 19-inch EIA design to the 21-inch ORv3 form factor. He emphasized that the OEM approach enabled Meta to land its first ORv3-compliant QLC rack in only eight months, ahead of the co-located GPU racks.
